-
What do the children do in aftercare and how late is it open?Students are provided with snacks and monitored while they play games in the library or explore the outdoors.
-
Do you have a school-wide behavior management plan?In most cases we like to use logical consequence. For example, if a student disrespects the school property in some way, the privilage of using it might be taken away. He/she might also be asked to fix it. When repeated problem behaviors arise, we work as a team with families and administration to find ways to help the child. This includes finding what the motivations behind the behaviors might be as well as how we can prevent them in the future.
-
